Terms of our service


Bookings will only be confirmed by Sweeney Serviced apartments following acceptance by us of a reservation and of a deposit from the guest. The booking is only binding if guaranteed in full by a credit card or if a prior credit arrangement has been agreed in advance with Sweeney Apartments

The reservation is subject to a deposit which will be held for at least fourteen days prior to the arrival date.

If no deposit is received within 24 hours of the reservation, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

All credit cards are accepted however a 3% surcharge will be charged on American Express and Diners.

The minimum nights for occupancy are 2 nights.


Once a booking has been confirmed by Sweeney Serviced Apartments and you wish to amend your booking, requests must be made in writing or by email and Sweeney Serviced Apartments will do their best to accommodate the changes.

All changes are subject to availability and a £15.00 administration charge will result.

Sweeney Serviced Apartments must receive notification of cancellations of bookings for 2-6 night stays, at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations received less than seven days prior to arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation charge,

Stays of 7-27 nights must receive notification at least seven nights prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than seven nights prior to arrival date will be charged for 7 nights accommodation.

Non arrivals will be charged 100% cancellation charge.


All apartments are occupied as Serviced Apartments on the basis that no rights of tenancy are created. The guest is declaring that the apartment booked is not their principal place of residency.

Maximum occupancies for the apartments are 4 persons for a two bed apartment and 2 persons for a one bed apartment. Accommodation for additional guests can be made available on request.


All payments will be made in advance of residency.


Check in time on the date of arrival is from 2pm and check out time is 11am on the day of departure. Earlier check in and check out times may be available subject to prior request and availability. Please enquire with reservations. Latest check-ins on day of arrival at 10pm.


The price of the rental of the apartment includes gas, electricity, broadband, weekly cleaning and towel and linen services.

Additional cleaning or linen if required will be subject to a charge.

We take no responsibility for the disruption of utility services, e.g. Water, gas, electricity. However Sweeney Serviced Apartments will endeavour to resolve the problem and ensure the supplier is made aware within a reasonable time period.


Guests will be issued with a full set of keys on the date of arrival. If keys are not returned on the date of departure a charge of £30 will be made.

If between the hours of 10pm and 8am guests lock themselves out and require assistance to re-enter Sweeney Serviced Apartments reserve the right to charge a £30 call out charge, in addition to charging for the loss of keys.


Sweeney Serviced Apartments take no liability for theft or damage to personal belonging in the apartments or in the car parking areas,

We take no liability for incidental damages arising during the period of the guests stay.

Sweeney Serviced Apartments reserve the right to notify the guest of any changes to the published content.

Guests will be liable for any loss of damage they may cause in Sweeney Serviced Apartments and will be charged accordingly for any damage including a charge should the apartment be out of service while remedial works take place.

All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Guests who smoke will be held liable for a £100 deep cleaning charge.


In the event that Sweeney Serviced Apartments receive complaints from other apartments regarding noise levels or disruption, you the guest may be asked to leave the building immediately and both your accommodation and deposit charges will be forfeit. In the event the guest refuses to leave the Police may be asked to attend.

Other than guide dogs no pets are allowed in any of the apartments.

Children under the age of fourteen must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Our apartments are not intended as a venue for social gatherings, parties or such events. Sweeney Serviced Apartments reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately and forfeit your deposit and accommodation charges in such an event.

We reserve the right to enter the rented apartments at any time, with due regard to the convenience of the guests, for inspection, cleaning and security purposes.

All reservations are at the discretion of Sweeney Serviced Apartments and reserve the right to refuse any reservation.
